Warranty:
Energy Armor, Inc. warrants to the purchaser that all of its products shall not break under normal use within 30 days of purchase. Energy Armor shall replace the product if it breaks under normal use and is returned to the Energy Armor place of purchase within 30 days with receipt, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. If replaced, the replacement product shall be the same size and color of the defective product returned or, if not available with a product of equal value. In the case of defect beyond the 30th day, the Purchaser must mail the product back to Energy Armor with copy of original receipt and in the case of a Superband include the warranty card provided in the Superband packaging. The Purchaser will pay $5.95 for shipping and handling to receive the new replacement product.

This warranty is limited to the purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is only valid when the warranty registration included in the Energy Armor packaging has been filled out in its entirety and mailed to Energy Armor. This warranty does not extend to, and will be void in respect of, any wristbands which have been subjected to misuse, neglect or modification. This warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy of purchaser for all claims relating to defects in the wristband. Energy Armor shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages whatsoever other than replacement of the wristband as provided above. Energy Armor disclaims all other warranties, expressed and implied.
